Software is asking to register again.

Software is asking to register again.

There are a few reasons why this is happening.

  • Changed to a new computer
  • You wiped the computer clean
  • Replaced the hard drive
  • Received a system update ( Certain computers)
  • Not connected to the internet (version 19-above)
  • Uninstalled the program and reinstalled.

For version 19 and above. You don't need a 24/7 internet connection. The software needs to refresh the license every once and a while. If say your laptop/desktop has been disconnected from the internet for awhile. All you need to do is briefly connect it for a moment for the licence to refresh.
