Transferring software to another computer

You can either email or call tech support to let us know that you are moving the software to another computer.

Please provide us the registration details of the system being replaced so that we can deactivate it. For versions 18 and below. Please provide us the uninstall code.

General guidelines on how to proceed:

  1. Install the software on the new computer.

  2. Move your project files over to the new computer.

  3. Contact support by calling or emailing us: 816-421-6678 or support@prolandscape.com

  4. Provide us the details of the system being replaced so we can deactivate it. (email or phone)

  5. Email us the registration information of the new computer so we can register it.

You can do this all-in-one email. Provide the registration info for the new computer and the details of the computer to deactivate so the new one can take its place
