Image Not Available

Image Not Available Issue

If you see Image Not Available, then it is probably one of the three following things.
  1. Image Path is set incorrectly: Correct by going to TOOLS >> PRO LANDSCAPE TOOL >> SET DEFAULT PATH >> Say yes >> OK >> close the program and open it backup

  2. Images didn't copy over from CD/DVD: You can manually copy the Images folder on the disc to C:/PRO Landscape Library/. For version 19 users and above the location is C:\Users\Public\Documents\PRO Landscape

  3. It could also be a Database corruption that we may need to look at. Contact Tech Support
