Program Shutting Down When Opening

If Image Editor, Planner, Proposal or the Dashboard crashes during startup, you should run the REGODBC utility. The error messages you might receive are:

  • Image Editor has encountered a problem and needs to close

  • Planner has encountered a problem and needs to close.

  • ODBC Driver not found.

  • Unable to load ODBC Driver.

The likely cause of the problem is that you have recently did one of the following:

  • Upgraded to Windows 8 or 10

  • Installed Microsoft Office

  • Ran a Windows update.

The utility adds values to the Windows Registry which were deleted or did not exist.
