Program Shutting Down When Opening
If Image Editor, Planner, Proposal or the Dashboard crashes during startup, you should run the
REGODBC utility. The error messages you might receive are:
Image Editor has encountered a problem and needs to close
Planner has encountered a problem and needs to close.
ODBC Driver not found.
Unable to load ODBC Driver.
The likely cause of the problem is that you have recently did one of the following:
The utility adds values to the Windows Registry which were deleted or did not exist.
