Guidelines for Submitting Images for image library
Drafix Software will agree to cut out the images for you at no charge if the following conditions are met:
You must have taken the pictures yourself or have complete rights to the pictures. This means you cannot take them from another program, or have downloaded them from a web site. If you receive the pictures from someone else, such as a supplier, we need permission to use the pictures.
The pictures must be taken with a digital camera that is 3 MP or greater in resolution.
The pictures must be of the entire object (e.g., not close up of part of a plant). The object should not be obstructed by another plant or object.
You give Drafix Software the right to include the cut out pictures in a future release of PRO Landscape.
You must also provide us with the common name and botanical. Please name the images in the following format: CommonName_BotanicalName.jpg
If these conditions are met we will cut out the pictures and send them back to you in a format that can be used within PRO Landscape. The normal turnaround time is 2 weeks, but could be longer depending on the number of pictures submitted.
The pictures we return to use are solely for use within PRO Landscape. We reserve the right to refuse any pictures for any reason. Please notify PRO Landscape Support prior to submitting images and we will determine the best method to submit the images.
